What was the highlight of Neca Reiche
Cozy and quiet, overall a good stay
Breakfast was simple but nice. friendly and very helpful staffs that could communicate well in english. Room was comfortable and clean, love their toilet bowl! Free on site parking is convenient.
Bed could have been softer. a slightly larger toilet would be great too. Also our phone wasn't working since day one was never fixed tho we complained twice. We had to go down to the reception to ask for help. a bit far away from town so the tuktuk charged us quite a bit more for our rides, not sure if i got scammed tho.

good hotel with good breakfast and very nice staff
good breakfast but some dessert outline very fast at 9 AM
one day I notice that our room bedsheet and pillow cover not change but may be I need to use room fast because my infant need to sleep at afternoon.

Great stay
All was okayy
I like everything. But in hotel they at put some snacks and drinks. There is no information that all this we need to pay. When i checkout they deduct money from my deposit even for the mineral water.

My room the air conditioner is not cold and the housekeeper didn’t clean the room properly, toilet is dirty. Some staff are not friendly, when I ask more information about the room and promotions as I was thinking to stay longer and upgrade my room, they just told me to look at the website.
